To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mealio is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data.
Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mealio and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration (LCIA), except when injunctive relief is sought.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services implies acceptance.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mealio.
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
